Booking Terms & Conditions

All reservations are subjected and confirmed after the receipt of payment or deposit by credit card. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. It is possible to change the booking and move the reservation to other dates up to 10 days before arriving, depending on availability.

In case of no availability, the management will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.

In case of partial cancellation regarding the number of nights, the management reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee equal to one night’s price.
In case of early departure with no notice or with notice less than three days, the guest is required to pay the following three nights or the rest of the stay if less.
